Xplor UK & Ireland is hosting a special event at The British Library Conference Centre on Tuesday, 22 November 2011, entitled Enough helicopters already... putting the microscope on cross-media customer communications! 

Following on the successful event in June, Customer communication strategies for tomorrow's business, this event will take a practical, focussed look at implementation of cross-media customer communications in the enterprise. With a keynote address, a panel debate from leading subject matter experts, and interactive task assignments, you will gain insight and realistic thinking from this group of industry colleagues.

* Marc Michaels, Director of Direct Marketing and Evaluation at the COI explores the use of the full range of the marketing mix to effect a community-wide behaviour change. This will be illustrated by the Change 4 Life campaign which included advertising, direct marketing, social media, and partnerships and techniques such as segmentation, individualisation, and CRM to provoke action and create a societal movement.

** Following the keynote Stewart Rogers, Director of Marketing Communications, Crawford Technologies, will moderate a debate panel on integration and implementation of cross-media communications.
